Our office was still running on outdated email setups and constant Outlook syncing issues that drove the whole team mad. Had someone come in to migrate everything to Microsoft 365 properly, and it was honestly painless. They scheduled it for after hours so we barely noticed downtime. The only hiccup was a shared calendar that needed a follow-up call to fix, but it got sorted quickly. Team morale alone made it worth doing.
