When users have technical issues our remote access tools enable us to get the job done quickly allowing our technicians persistent access to end user machines. No additional charges will be raised for incidents covered under the maintenance agreement, they're included in your monthly fee!
Full disaster recovery service from Files & Folder backup to full image backup and ability to restore offsite to a VM or Hyper=V
If you have an existing anti-virus solution you may omit this option but an anti-virus solution is required whether provided by yourselves, or a third-party. Select this option to have managed anti-virus provided by Hamilton Computers.
Endpoint protection is designed to prevent, detect, and respond to ever-changing threats and recover quickly when ransomware or other exploits strike. Endpoint Detection & Response is highly recommended.
When users have technical issues if the the incident cannot be resolved remotely and requires an on-site visit we will dispatch and engineer to site; no additional labour charges, covered under your monthly maintenance plan. Requires remote support.

On-boarding Charges
when you join our services, there is a one-time fee for setting up and integrating any new or existing infrastructure and processes. The cost is often the same as one month of service. However, it may be more if your system is more significant or more complex than the standard.
The fee covers the costs of resources, software, and licenses as well as the time and labour required to get you set up. The onboarding costs are just to offset the initial expenses associated with taking on a new client, and to ensure we are compensated for the time and effort required to get you set up with our services.
Getting Started
Thank you for considering using Hamilton Group for your managed IT Services. Once you come on board you will be sent an invoice that contains both the onboarding fee and the first month of service.
We get your IT infrastructure up to the right level and with our system tools, we make an assessment and make sure your system is ready to support and secure. Once paid, you can start enjoying the benefits straight away, including proactive support and managing your system updates.
We believe in our services and to make it easier we have added our onboarding tool to our website for you to install and get going.
