Remote Monitoring & Management provides remote monitoring and patch management. Patch management is designed to monitor the status of application patches, software patches, and patches for devices operating or connected to your network. RMM is mandatory for Managed IT Services

When users have technical issues our remote access tools enable us to get the job done quickly allowing our technicians persistent access to end user machines. No additional charges will be raised for incidents covered under the maintenance agreement, they're included in your monthly fee!

Full disaster recovery service from Files & Folder backup to full image backup and ability to restore offsite to a VM or Hyper=V

If you have an existing anti-virus solution you may omit this option but an anti-virus solution is required whether provided by yourselves, or a third-party. Select this option to have managed anti-virus provided by Hamilton Computers.

Endpoint protection is designed to prevent, detect, and respond to ever-changing threats and recover quickly when ransomware or other exploits strike. Endpoint Detection & Response is highly recommended.

When users have technical issues if the the incident cannot be resolved remotely and requires an on-site visit we will dispatch and engineer to site; no additional labour charges, covered under your monthly maintenance plan. Requires remote support.

Web protection and content filtering helps to protect against malware, phishing, adware, botnets, and spam. Content filtering allows you to keep users off sites that could cause a data breach and protect the business from the legal liability that comes with that breach.

Traveling further than 25 miles will be subject to additional mileage charges. Also repeated issues within the same week will be subject to a mileage charge on your next invoice.

**** Service Level Agreements included to business customers on Cygnatech Business Managed or Cygnatech Business Ultimate can be added for the other Cygnatech Business products or for clients using their in-home office.
